MOVE IN / MOVE OUT
General Focus:
This service is ideal for those buying or selling a home, or for rentals in between tenants. The cleaning will make everything "move-in" ready, with a focus on build-up and high-low cleaning.

Safety Note:
We never climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Anything beyond that reach will be dusted with an extension duster for safety reasons.
KITCHEN

Wipe all counters and appliances, including the inside of the microwave.

Scrub sinks and open all cabinets, drawers, and pantry to wipe clean.

Clean inside the refrigerator and oven.

Sweep and mop all bare floors, especially where appliances have been.
LIVING AREA
-
Vacuum all carpeted areas and closets.

Hand wash all baseboards and wood-stained cabinets.

Wash all painted cabinets with all-purpose cleaner.

Wash all doors, door frames, and light switches.

Vacuum or dust air return vents and carpet crevices.

Wash all moldings, trim, door frames, and chair railing.

Vacuum tops of curtains and drapes, and dusty blinds.
BATHROOM

Clean and disinfect showers, tubs , sink ,toilet, with special attention to build-up.

Wipe out cabinets and drawers.

Wash ceiling fans and light fixtures in place, by hand.
