ALL CLEANING SERVICES INCLUDE

 

BATHROOMS:

* Wash and disinfect toilet ,Shower, tub and sink

* Clean all mirrors and glass fixtures

* Cobwebs removed

* Dust and Cleaning all surfaces

* Vacuum and mop floors

* Empty and taking out all the trash

 Kitchen:

* Clean and disinfect all countertops, sink ,small appliances, table and chairs

* Load dishwasher with dirty dishes

* Clean exterior of stove, fridge, dishwasher, wipe down cabinets

 Remove all trash. Vacuum and mop floors.

 Bedrooms and common areas :

*Cobwebs removed

*Vacuum and mopping floors

*Dust and Cleaning all surfaces

*Dust and hand wipe furniture tops

*Dust baseboards, rails, and door panels

*Dust ceiling fans (within reach)

*Dust/ wipe window sills

*Dust pictures frame

*Dust and clean mirrors

*Empty and taking out all the trash

* It is presumed that the home will be in order and somewhat picked up to facilitate heavy cleaning

* We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Higher items will be dusted w/an extension duster.
• We cannot move furniture, but we will try to reach any visible places either by hand or with an extension.
• We cannot guarantee the results of mini-blind cleaning. Excessive build up may require an additional charge.
• Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave; we try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely.
• Cleaning is by appointment only. If we are unable to gain access to the home or are turned away at the time of cleaning, there is a service fee of 50% of the cleaning cost .
• We do not provide laundry services.
